the best thing you could do with tweeters is to get some double sided tape and experiment as to where they sound better to you.

depending on which model (bright or layed back sound) you might want to experiment on axis or off axis , also ideally you should aim for longest path to your ears, you dont want one right next to your ear and the other one far.

I have seen some people buy the apillars with the tweeter spots built in.

Or you can fab up something like this fairly easily..

Eye/ear level, aimed at the listener- On-axis is where the 'sweet spot' is. Certainly not low, firing into a seat cushion.

Typical areas favored are the A-pillars, or maybe the back of the outside mirrors- maybe the top of the door interior panels. Possibly in the lower front corners of the windshield/dash area- depends a little on the size and configuration of the tweeters-
