2000 V6 issues

A4 3800 looking for solution, answers and write ups...
1) both of my head gasket are leaking. is there a write up somewhere i can look into on how to replace them?

looking at it, the 2 black handles that help lift the engine are in the way,?

2) there is a noise, like whining/grinding that is coming fom the differential. i checked the oil leve and it is fine on the top....seems like i will have to open it. is there a write up on this?

3) it seems that coolant is coroding, changed it 8 months ago and under the cap there is a bunch of slush like soil?

i googled for both and this forum and came up with not much.

if i will be messing with the gearing, will i be able to upgrade them a bit higher?

what.... no replies.... common ppl...

i see a lot of oil on the engine above the valve cover and resting in that V or _I section above the valve cover. the cover has some wet traces of oil, but i was wondering if it could be only the valve cover gasket thats bad or the head gasket as it's hard to tell. any inputs. took the valve cover off, how hard is it to disassamble it to the head gasket?

Mate; with the questions your asking don't even bother goin any further than the valve covers, you are gonna cost yourself major dollars, do the smart thing and pay a professional.
